Delivery, returns and refunds!
Is delivery free?
In fact, we offer delivery on all orders so you can enjoy our products at the lowest price.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping takes a maximum of 48 working hours, and delivery can take from 3 to 8 working days.
What should I do if my parcel has still not been delivered?
Use the tracking number provided to find out where your order is before contacting us. If by any chance your parcel gets lost, please contact us so that we can find out more as quickly as possible.
How do I request a return or refund?

What if you still haven't received your refund?
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted to your bank account. If, after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve the problem.

Can I get an invoice?
Of course, your invoice will be sent to you automatically after you have confirmed your purchase. It will be included in your order confirmation e-mail and can be downloaded in PDF format.
What are the different payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal and Apple Pay.However, we do not accept checks, money orders and bank transfers.
How do I know if my payment is secure?
When you order online using your credit card, all information is entered into a secure SSL web page, then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
